When City of Mara AVENUE was launched, the promise sounded ambitious: to create a residential development of Western European standard in the center of Timișoara, with a commercial boulevard on the ground floor and a complete urban ecosystem. A project of more than 55 million euros, on a 2.8-hectare site, with the vision of transforming the way Timișoara residents understand urban living.

The five buildings of the AVENUE development — from M8 to M12 — are almost entirely sold. M11 and M12, the last two, reach completion in the summer of 2026, with only about 50 units left from the entire phase. This isn’t just a real estate statistic.
