By the scale of the project, the City of Mara is the largest purely residential project in Timişoara. Construction of the City of Mara began in 2015 and today is at the phase of the last two buildings. In addition to more than 500 apartments and 4000 square meters of commercial spaces and services, City of Mara includes parks, promenades and a modern Sport & Spa complex. Through this mix, in 2022, the City of Mara won the title “the most integrated residential project in Romania”.
